Comps On Casino Games
Almost everyone is well aware by now that the economy is in a pretty dismal state and this has finally managed to affect even the world of online casino games. Casinos everywhere are feeling the effects of the economic crunch, and many gamblers are noticeably cutting back on their casino games spending. In fact, a recent online poll has shown the number of people who previously played casino games regularly have been declining steeply.
Because of this, the casino games industry has been forced to resort to the drastic measure of cutting back on their comps. Obviously many casino games operators feel that the lackluster state of the economy justifies this move. In Atlantic City alone, the comps given out in the casinos were reduced by as much as 2.4%.
Unfortunately unless the economy makes a turn for the better, this trend is likely to continue and gamblers will have to be satisfied playing casino games with less comps than before.
